Payment Information:
For your shopping convenience and secure of your payment information, we use PayPal™ payment service. We
accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Shipping Information:
All of our orders are shipped from Massachusetts, via USPS with tracking number. All the time state in shopping zone
are carrier shipping time, we need 1 more business day for handling. Once your order is shipped you will receive an
email for your respective tracking information.

Refund/Exchange Policy:
  • All return must have RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  • RMA number must be applied within 30 days from purchase time. Domestic return must arrive within 37 days
    from purchase time; International return must arrive with 45 days from purchase time.
  • All return unit must come with all the accessories and original packing unless pre-arranged.
  • All the return unit and accessories must be in resellable condition.
  • A copy of invoice and the reason for the return as well as contact information is required in return package.
  • Customer assumes all costs of shipping the return to us unless pre-arranged.
  • Shipping & handling is not refundable.
  • All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

Certain percentage restocking fee may be charged:
  • All return for refund will be charged 10% restocking fee.
  • Return without RMA application or RMA apply after 30 days from purchase days, or the return doesn't arrive
    within time required above, we will either reject the return or charge 20% restocking fee.
  • Return unit or accessories are not in resellable condition, 20 - 50% restocking fee will be charged according to
    the situation.
  • All accessories missed in the return package will be charged corresponding accessories amount.

We will issue a full refund minus associated restocking fees for the purchase price of any product you return that
meets these above conditions. For your protection, please use United  Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return
shipments, and make sure you have tracking number, or delivery confirmation.

Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products will be replaced by same or like product (if the product is unavailable)
and shipped to you at our cost.

N.T.F. (No Trouble Found)
If any product returned for service is determined N.T.F. (No Trouble Found) by us or the manufacturer, the customer
may be assessed the return freight and service charge on the product.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Please submit any cancellation via email to sales@navsgo.com. Email cancellations must contain the following: First
name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally
submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in
regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped
out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted, and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the
complete balance charged including shipping.
However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise
total less shipping and handling.

Damaged Shipment:
For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent
shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps if there
appears to be shipping damage:  
1) Quickly contact your local UPS, FedEx or Postal office for a Damage Inspection report.  
2) Request the carrier return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return the
merchandise yourself. This may delay your reorder or credit.  
3) Please contact us immediately, we will not issue credit for products damaged in shipment after 24 hours of receipt.  

Warranty policy:
Hardware enjoys one-year warranty for free, other accessories (including GPS external antenna, car charger, AC
charger, windshield mount, SD card, SD card reader, AV cable, earphone etc) three months warranty.
